When do groups meet?
Most groups meet twice a month for two hours and are limited to 8 participants. Some groups meet four times a month, and occasionally, we offer a weekend or week-long intensive.
Mondays
1st and 3rd Mondays 9 to 11 am ET with Kathy – open (My time zone)

Tuesdays
1st and 3rd Tuesdays 7 to 9 pm ET for couples Kanya – wait list (My time zone)
2nd and 4th Tuesdays 9 to 11 am ET with Martha – open (My time zone)
Four Tuesdays 11 to 1 pm ET with Anisha – open (My time zone)
Wednesdays
1st and 3rd Wednesdays 10 to noon ET with Martha – open (My time zone)

*Anisha’s groups are for leaders, facilitators, trainers, and therapists to learn experientially and conceptually how to work with group dynamics. The last 30 minutes are for debriefing, exploring group dynamics, and discovering new concepts.
Investment
For groups that meet twice a month, your investment is $150 per month, and for groups that meet four times a month, $325. If that’s not possible, take a look at our sliding scale guidelines to determine your payment.
