Discover Your NVC Superpower – Live

Beyond the Four Steps: Living NVC When It Really Matters

You may already know NVC. You may understand feelings, needs, empathy and the principles of NVC. But knowing NVC and living it are not always the same. When conflict, strong emotions or difficult moments arise, it can be hard to access what we know.

That’s where practice matters.

ENVC is about bringing NVC into everyday life—our relationships, conversations, conflicts and work. So instead of just telling you about ENVC, come experience it.

Come Experience ENVC

Join our free virtual experiential sessions, led by the four ENVC facilitators. Each session offers a different glimpse into the ENVC journey. You might practice listening, explore a real-life situation, discover a pattern or simply experience learning in connection with others.

No preparation or prior experience is needed. Come as you are.

Little Doorways into ENVC

We’re offering multiple sessions over the coming months:

  • 3 sessions planned each month
  • 12 sessions planned through the first week of January
  • 4 ENVC facilitators
  • 100% virtual
  • Free to attend

Come to one session or several.

Each session is a little doorway into the ENVC journey.

Why Experience It?

NVC can be easy to understand in theory. But what happens when you’re angry, hurt, misunderstood or in conflict?

That’s where practice brings NVC to life.

ENVC supports you to move from knowing NVC to practising and embodying it.

You Might Want to Join If You…

  • Want to deepen your NVC practice
  • Find NVC difficult to access during conflict
  • Want more connection and authenticity in your relationships
  • Want to become more comfortable with conflict
  • Are curious about facilitation or teaching
  • Want to explore what NVC embodiment means

Or maybe you’re simply curious.

Come and experience it for yourself.

No Pressure. Just Experience.

These sessions are not about convincing you to join the 9-month program. They’re a chance to meet the facilitators, practice, ask questions and see how the learning feels. Then you can decide what’s next. To know more about ENVC click here
