What to expect

Each session includes:
– A live reading (selected excerpt)
– Guided reflection and discussion
– Tools to deepen connection, navigate conflict, and communicate with more courage.
– A facilitated space for honest, courageous conversation

These sessions are for anyone who wants more grounded, human ways to work with conflict, power, and connection—in groups and in relationships.

We’ll practice using real scenarios participants bring such as giving feedback, naming impact, or working with a tension in a group.
